# Troubleshooting

### Kick & Ban is not working?

Some of the most common problems with this command could be:

* Failed to execute correctly
* Unable to connect to Discord server
* The command is disabled or the bot is offline.
* Reason exceeds 100 characters

## Cler is Offline!

### Cler is offline in my server but not others

If Cler show's it's offline in your server, but not others. You need to join our [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/Uck5Pq7MKY) Server, create a ticket and request the Development Team to take a look into this issue and get LockBot back up and running in your server!

### Cler is offline in all the servers

Cler could be globally restarting due to the latest bug fixes/patches or new commands. From when LockBot goes offline it may take 7-15 minutes to be fully up and running. If not, you will need to join [**Discord Server**](https://discord.com/invite/Uck5Pq7MKY), create a ticket and request for the Development Team.
