Terms of Service

Please follow the Terms of Service below in order to use Cler!

We want your server to be full of activities and fun for your users, but we also want security not to be a price to pay, Cler will take care of keeping your server free of malicious and annoying people. However, to keep Cler running smoothly, we have created some guidelines for you to follow to keep you and us safe.

Cler Terms of Service

• You must not use Cler in any possible way for illegal purposes that may break Discord Terms of Service and the Law of your city or country.

• You must not attack or use DDoS methods to Cler servers.

• You may not breach Cler's security by reverse engineering or any other method.

• If you are reported by a user for breaking our Terms of Service you may be blacklisted from Cler and blacklisted from any server you own.

• You may be blacklisted for any reason by Cler staff or by a user report given towards a staff member unless otherwise stated.

• You must not attempt to crash or break Cler in any way possible, bugs, if found, can be reported on our Discord Server.

• You must not abuse your Discord permissions to control a Discord server using Cler.

• You must not use any bugs found for your own purposes.

• You must report any bugs found, otherwise you will be blacklisted.

• You must set the mute role manually, Cler will not do it for you.

• You must give the necessary permissions to your moderators to use the administration commands.

• You must not modify, rewrite or rename Cler if it is not within the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0.

You must follow these rules in order to use Cler within your server.

If you are found in contempt of breaking these Terms of Service you may face consequences.
